@Lupin no, he does care about innocent life , it's just he is drunk on his powers and killing is the only way he knows for resolving any issue .... And it's the author too , sometimes he makes mc so strong and fast that someone at the master level can't keep up with his movements other time he is to slow to stop the most obvious disastrous situation..... His powers and morals are too inconsistent...
