@randomgay mc isnt related to them at all. "Gege" is just a term close friends could also use with each other. Just like in korea, close friends call eachother "hyung" or "oppa". Kids also use the term "gege" (if the other is male) or "jiejie" (if the other is female) if the person they are talking to is older than them. Both family and friends can use that term. Hope this clears up a misunderstanding! :D
