@No name pls tell me his real goal? Cos unless u r reading blindfolded, u can clearly see that things are not the way he thought ... And we're only seeing this story from his perspective which has shown to be filled with holes due to his lack of information on d situation..

@Sleeping Kite I think his goal now is just "Freedom", this is actually due to the Barbarian ARC where he felt himself being more free than he was before and through his fight with Madame 8 legs he solidified his true desire and that is to maintain his freedom and live, sure he still seeks revenge, but as things stand, his idea of what truly happened is faltering and he now has to investigate the true nature of his death.
