@Jesus Christ from what I understood he tried to get rid of the baby by taking pills but it seems like his body rejected the pills so I think he is probably pregnant and don't even know it and regarding TJ I think the medical other alpha told him about the pills so TJ probably think that EH was struggling with birth control pills and that in case a baby is on the way he will certainly take his responsibility because he took consciousness of what he did while he was on his rut, thing that reassured EH when they were talking, but no one said clearly that he was pregnant
