1) they aren't communicating! They really have to talk about their feelings and what happens after their contract
2) by not communicating what the blonde guy heard about the drug incident, the black hair guy is (gonna) misunderstand(ing) him. He isolates him from his friend and co worker (social contacts), which will lead 100% to a misunderstanding
