@Ruzina Aktar there are three types of people, alpha, omega and beta. Only female betas can get pregnant but both male and female omegas can be pregnant while alpha women can also get pregnant rarely, alpha men can not get pregnant,and knotting is probably when alphas di** gets bigger and increases the chance of an omega being pregnant, i hops this helps.
