So..um... How exactly does thesilid's (ml's) regression works? I thought I would understand it later in the story but even after all these chapters I still can't seem to understand it.
I only want to live in fantasy, I don't like the real world..Yes, you're right, I think I have mental disorder too. So what, there's no sane person here. That's why I'm here. pfpsauce: payback (bl)
@Strangah I know right!!! I just didn't get it yet, like how? Did he get stuck in a certain time line(possibly because he keep dying) and keep repeating his life until he strong enough to pass that point? Like is that how it is? My slow a** just couldn't get it yet.
@Strangah the point is that he will keep returning back in time until he saves the world hence the name of the original novel in the story is "regressing until the world is saved". In escense, it takes theiseld a sum total of around 100 retries (regressions) to save the world. Each regression is allocated a single chapter in the og novel and Aliet transmigrates into chapter 17, theiseld's seventeenth life. However, since Ailet is essentially a non existant character in the setting of the og novel, she exists only on chapter 17. When thieseld dies after his 17th life, he will return back to the past to start his 18th life but Ailet will no longer exist in it. Another point to note, since Ailet is currently in the tutorial phase (a time before the og novel has begun) once the story starts, for the first sixteen lives, thieseld will not be able to find or meet ailet, since she only exists in his seventeenth life time.
@Astra Laira holy sh**, so it means our potato should not let himself get killed on his 17th life or else he wouldn't see his bae anymore after that, not unless insert heavy plot twist.
@Jhean Ailet is currently planning on using the "genre change" feature which cost her like 10 million or something to prevent the story from progressing in it's original setting. I really hope it works out and the two of them can live happily together
