Coming from a self taught still learning artist, i find art theory incredibly boring. If you're gonna start art do not bother with it. When you learn bout all the themes, your ideas become limited. But when you know absolutely nothing then you think more freely. I feel like to find your own art style, the experimentation without any previous idea is important and slowly when you're at your apex you can learn art theory and see that everything you've discovered yourself all through it is there named and labelled.
