@marz I don't know how to explain it but if you read December...in that manga they have explained it....n it's also a really good one..I suggest you to check if you haven't read it ...

There are two types of Omega
One is recessive and another is dominant.
Dominant Omega are more fertile compared to recessive, and their pheromones are also strong compared to recessive
