This translator seems oddly obsessed with the idea of a "perfect victim". They keep complaining about how he isn't weak and actually stands up for himself, and they like act like it justifies his abuse. Some abuse victims will act aggressive to their abusers, but this doesn't invalidate their trauma or give their abusers the right to abuse.
