Your work cannot be sold in an auction depending on your life value, your position in a government, or whatever power/wealth you hold. And the mother was pretty much a commoner back then, so there would be no possible reason other than this.
Even if it were to be sold in an auction, it would be hold in a tiny and small auction, and the highest bidder cannot be someone as powerful and taehons cousin cuz that's rigged.
