@Curious  it's some drugs give the feeling of ecstasy so for men it can trigger hormones. Similar to via***. Heart rate may increase and blood distributes to regions. Many drugs have different effects for different ppl. GHB is a type of drug that increases sexual experience. And MDMA especially. Unfortunately drugs really fck up the brain and what we see in this comic is very bad addiction and realistically Jin (if it were really life) would need serious therapy and the new s** addiction will not help subside the drug addiction
