She's an actual ret*** for not killing the man who will slaughter everyone and strangle her.

@Kazooie ah yes, a 12 year old is supposed to commit murder on an unawakened magician and will definitely get to live a normal life after. She's sooooo stupid for not wanting to kill a person
@just_a_mochi She's not 12 mentally, he's a slave and seen as property on top of her father being powerful and the man is EVIL. Go back in time, you have the opportunity to kill Dahmer and Gacy as a child before they ever first kill, would you not do it?
@Kazooie it doesn't matter if she's 50 years old mentally, if she doesn't want to kill she doesn't want to kill. I don't know much about who gacy and Dahmer were but if the reason they snapped was because they were enslaved and treated horribly and you go back in time, would you
A. Treat them with kindness or try to give them their freedom
B. Murder them
Don't try to be edgy or cool, be realistic. It's easy to talk about killing a person, it's hard to actually do it. If you were actually presented with the opportunity you would chicken out at the last second
@just_a_mochi You said it's hard to kill someone, but when it comes to survival, self defense always wins out. NO ONE would stand by and let themselves be murdered, even suicidal react with instinct when faced with death. You're justifying yourself being a coward and trying to take some moral highground, you're not better because you think you wouldn't kill and if you don't know what two of the most evil serial killers did then you're truly ignorant.
@Kazooie I never said I thought I was better or trying to take the high road to prove a point. We are talking about something set to take place years from now. You have two ways to resolve it and one is more peaceful than the other. Not wanting the weight of someone's death on your chest is far different from cowardice, especially when you have years to prevent said event. Picking the peaceful route isn't letting yourself get killed. It's trying to fix the problem before it gets bigger. Is this your first Isekai novel or something? And also I won't deny being ignorant in two serial killers because I simply don't branch that side of the internet. I'm on a completely different continent and wasn't allowed internet access until I was 17. Even if I did have access to the internet before then, is it so hard to believe that not everyone knows the names and crimes of serial killers that existed?
@just_a_mochi It's cowardice or stupidity, pick your poison. You try and fail to win the moral highground. You responded to me first, you got triggered over my comment and decided to impose your own views, I stated my own. You started insulting me and you think you're mature? And yes, not knowing who two of the most famous serial killers to ever live is crazy to me, it's like not knowing who Hitler, Mao or Castro are.
@Kazooie at what point did I insult you?? If anything I should be mad because you insulted me first while I never ever, not once, insulted you. Hitler is quite literally the only person in that list I know only because my grandmother mentioned him once. That's it. Not everyone knows every serial killer. Do you honestly believe everyone in the world knows them?
And I ask again, is this your first Isekai novel. Because almost all protagonists decided they want to take any other way to change their fates except murder. I wasn't pushing my morals on anyone, all I said, was it's far easier to talk about killing a person, than actually doing it
@just_a_mochi "Don't try to be edgy or cool" "Is this your first Isekai novel or something?" subtle schoolyard attempts at an insult, it is not edgy, cool or whatever nonsense you think of, it's survival and every animal will choose survival over being passive, even a gazelle will fight back against a lion.
