I hate his biological mom like if it's your child you will beat your other child for punching him but if its not related to you it's ok to mistreat him . Whatsoever she adopted the other kid but was always indifferent to him and others just spoiled him rotten and when suddenly their original son came they  basically stopped talking to him what was he supposed think and I don't understand her like yeah you have your su yichen as younger kid but what about older you just beat him and mind you it was a regular occurring . I hate her like people call her badass but for me she is just a bad mother the fact that the older brother thought it was his fault that he lost his younger brother since he was himself a child but no one assured him or consoled him it was not his fault but his careless parents fault who took anyone for a nanny without checking their background like only one at fault were adults but it ruined 3 kids life su yichen his biological brother and their adopted child . I hate her husband even more like your wife is straight up just ignoring the other kid what are you doing like console that kid and when she beat him he is again silent never take his side actually the person whose parents abandoned him is not yichen but his biological brother who was so lonely that he had to find comfort in doing whatever his adopted brother wanted to atone for his sins of losing his younger brother and the adults just let that happen they lost one kid and  nevergave other kids any emotional support they are one of the worst kind of  parents I have come across in the bl novels.
