I don't think he's gonna do nothing.
But I think he's actually trying to find the right time to talk about it instead.
Yk, sort of preparation to try making it work instead of rushed of sudden on a wrong timing.
Fl has her own schedules at that so he can't freely come since it would disturb her schedules and her mood itself anyways.

@Synthx the Sinner but doesn't he freely come and go currently? Didn't eveylyn say he had a suspisiously large amount of free time for a duke?
