What does he mean when he says Rain wouldn't exist if it wasn't for him? Dude was like 6yo when Rain was 'born' - he wasn't the one to create him. He has a G** complex, he's been creating and killing Omegas for so long that he thinks he is the master of all Omegas or so something?
TBH, I don't get why they're not just locking Rain up properly and then like drugging him or something to accept until he births a child. Not that I'm suggesting they do that, but going from the story so far they didn't treat the Omegas like humans.
