@Narcissist Not trying to be mean, but it's not both of their fault. Each side had a valid reason for their wrongdoings. You're blaming the MC like you didn't know what he'd gone through. I'm not saying that I don't feel bad for the ML, but the fact that you're only caring about the ML's side but not about MC is just kind of ignorance. MC wanted to protect him. And ML would've done the same if he was in MC's position. And no, don't say that he'd do different, because the truth is, no one would.

@Kurumizawaii well i kinda get the whole issue with the father's influence in the decisions but come on hes almost an adult now at that point atleast the author shouldve put some common sense in the mc but i guess thats the main breaking point on the angst also ngl i think the ml didnt need protecting by how he dealt with those dudes also pls dont say that everyone has the same personality, thinking, and motive because we are human after all each of us are different in every in an aspect so theres a very high likelihood that it'd be different but since authors like these very much like annoying people it will most likely be the outcome of being silent and rejecting blah blah blah
