@Ash yes but he can't work so they aren't making money from them. Agency usually invest money in groups and get that money back when the group starts working and touring. Them not being a real group anymore means they didn't respect their side of the contract. Take Astro as an exemple : those who stayed and resigned didn't stop working even after the death of a member bc they can't ( at least not for too long) those penalities are crazy so always read your contract carefully
