@Pou jwj so it seems mc was in DREAM BOY band under sunshine entertainment sometime later their band member (seems like main vocalist) left caused by medical issue and our mc covered that place also some internal issues where going on mc got caught in it and got the penalty fee which ourmc has to pay......the band was not going good they had to disband it..... Mc thinks this all misfortune caused by him because he's trying to act out his stage name happy......On top of it the sunshine entertainment went under dive entertainment (the current company )...... Our ml ( the rapper happy) listened to the other Happy's (mc) song  and wants team up with him...... So he reached out...... I guess this would explain

@Pou jwj if you leave or stop working for the agency before your contract term ends then you face penalty fees to "pay back" potential money the agency could've made from you
