Strange. I thought he had already given her that item. And hardly does he know there is now mistress and she's the one he saved as a kid.

1. No he has not given it to her yet, a few chapter back he said he knows of an item that can cure her young mistress's curse, she then replied by saying she'll meet him after the exam.
2. Those 2 mistresses are twins, the one he saved is the healthy one, not the weak one, the healthy one is just using the weak one to gain favor and draining her power.
3. She disguises herself as that kid to be able to go out, since if she goes out with her face people would of her.
