Her behavior feels incredibly thoughtless and disrespectful. She keeps trying to control him and push him into helping her succeed, even though he clearly doesn’t want to be involved. Instead of respecting his boundaries, she creates unnecessary problems by taking on tasks that aren’t even her responsibility, just to gain recognition and approval. In doing so, she risks getting others into trouble.
What makes it worse is how she refuses to respect his personal time. Even after he has already clocked out and wants to rest, she continues to contact him or even show up at his house just to talk about work. That crosses a serious line. Everyone deserves privacy and time away from work, and she completely ignores that.
Her actions go beyond being persistent—they’re intrusive. Looking into his personal life, finding where he lives, and showing up uninvited just to discuss work is not only inappropriate but also deeply disrespectful. It puts him in an uncomfortable position, especially since he has already made it clear that he doesn’t want to deal with work matters outside of working hours.
It seems like she feels entitled, possibly because of her position or background, and assumes others should support her whether they want to or not. But instead of earning respect, her actions only come off as selfish and inconsiderate. Boundaries exist for a reason, and ignoring them doesn’t make her more successful it just makes her a burden to others.
