@Oop grooming from the advisor's end, yes. I haven't read much to tell for certain but I don't think Tei would've done that to a literal child if not his conditions

@Deadline true, but the while situation is icky even if he was somewhat forced into the relationship

@Oop now that I've read the rest of the chapter.
So far, Tei believes wholeheartedly that this arranged marriage is nothing but a phase, and that Shuraka will soon find a better someone.

Shuraka is obsessed with Tei only because he was the first person to show him love as a child, he confused that with romantic love which is the icky part
