So I thought it over . The ML seems to have a change of attitude towards the MC because he talks to him like a parent instead of a lover and he offered to have intercourse with him because he felt it was his duty to do so perhaps the ML is acting indifferent because he wants the MC to develop feelings towards him / see him as a lover instead of doing things with him or for him out of obligation. I don't know that's my theory I just hope this won't take a dark turn ( I hope someone gets what I'm trying to say )
