@No_name it depends on the series. In some stories alpha women only have a v4g1na. I knew there were stories where they have a dingaling but this is the first time I'm reading one.

@No_name In series where alpha women only have a v*a they don't impregnate omegas. I read a few omegaverse stories where the only people with unusual anatomy were male omegas.
In most omegaverse stories I've read the alpha women tended to procreate with alpha men most of the time, but there were some couples of alpha female x anyone.
But the alpha women were usually side characters since a lot of omegaverse stories feature male main characters in gay relationships.
In some stories the author doesn't tell the reader the exact dynamics and anatomy of the people in their story, so the reader can fill in it any way they want.
There don't seem to be any hard rules about omegaverse stories, although many follow the same concepts. I've not seen or read any where male pregnancy was impossible and where there was no mention of pheromones, so male pregnancy and pheromones are probably very common concepts.
