the way I see it, she got so obsessed for him that probably try something to bring him back even thou his soul pass on (like he finally wanted, he even said his final far wells to her) and got cancer (just looking at the final panel and what the doctor told her) but since she's was delusional and believes she's now pregnanted but in fact is malign cancer forming; probably she will try something on her final moments to get to Rei
