If you truly love/like someone, don't hurt them by leaving, without any reason. Whatever it is, you need to make sure to tell them because, it can make them anxious and paranoid thinking so many senarios and what ifs which is the worst. Communicate to them because, in a relationship to make it work, you BOTH need to work it out.
