@Shifu I'm so happy that you guys understand me! I know my mental health is at risk because I've started doing things to my wrist and arm again. But is it okay to cough up blood? I'm coughing blood right now. 🫠

@Someone I had the same issue but that was from weak lungs due to constant exposure to smoking and vaping by living in Germany, but in your case I think it might be from external wounds that are causing blood build ups, also pls be aware that I'm not a medical professional so this is purely from experience but you should probably get checked out
