someone spoil me and tell me if kishiar also went back in time which is why he seems to be different in yuder's eyes? or is it just because yuder himself has changed and is seeing things in a different way or that the fact that he time travelled has changed things ever so slightly

No. Kishiar never went back, it's just Yuder's circumstances and perceptions change, so their relationship changes with it
