@Camellia a small chapter got cut off but ill explain it, Ruby fell asleep during the fight and the brother took the advantage to summon that skull creature to attack iz and k!ll him. When ruby woke up she saw iz in that state rn and thought iz is done for so she panicked and stuff like in this scene and iz came to his senses and woke up and k!lled the creature. 
and in this next chapter you can see ruby saying "this was all brothers plan" ceaser was very jealous of iz and want ruby to be all his and become the queen of where Her brother is the king at. i hope this makes sense now
