@Yayamoon yes! in some situations someone's cheeks will become a slight shade of red/pink depending on their skintone

nosebleeding on the other hand does NOT happen in "flirtatious" situations.

@Yayamoon depends on your skin color, darker color tend to hide it and brighter color can't hide it. And it really can happen when too excited. I think it because blood rushed to face. Too much blood make the heat too much and boom blushing happens

@tutoringpanda It actually can! It's very rare but its a side effect of the blood rushing to the head and the cheeks (blushing)

@Yayamoon   in my case it's completely normal, i get flushed with red even at a minor inconvenience so it's completely normal

@Yayamoon im have brown skin and when im nervous/excited my ears get bright red
