@zai Esperverse, also called Guideverse, is where there are "Espers" (people with special powers ranging from telekinesis and fire control to body-strengthening and modification). Using their abilities builds up "toxins" in their bodies, and "Guides" are the people who purify that. There's varying degrees of guiding--wave guiding (no physical contact), light touches (holding hands, touching shoulders, etc) and "mucosal exchange" (kissing and s**). Most of the time (though not all) the Esper is the top and the Guide is the bottom, but I've read two or three where the Guide is the top.
