I'm guessing this reincarnation was a punishment of some sort. Now it's gonna show how much his wife was suffering while he was ignoring her and their child. If this was a pornhwa though, this would be the part where we find out she was getting railed by the dude that betrays him LMFAO. Would be deserved though.
