@koo agree, probably more about not knowing. But also i gotta say ive lived in neighborhoods were there was always shady sh** going on and pretty much a general disdain for cops, even conflict with them, and youd be surprised at how important that feeling is for those kind of people. If you are not explicitely against cops they wont hurt you obviously but they might not like you either yknow
