@Ensis tbf very historically accurate for nobles and royalty to act like this, he** even modern politicians use the same tactics. @Ensis What do you mean "the nobles"? Blaming the poor and downtrodded for everything, with full expectation that they'll resent the upper class and justify the blame in return, is one of the oldest tricks of governance in the book. Scapegoating is the tool of the fascist and dictator. Hitler did it. Stalin did it. Trump is doing it...
