Comment on ChapterStandard of Reincarnation - Chapter 132
I just wanted to put up an explanation of why everyone is having issues with this mini-fight...

The MC was originally Daven... like THE Daven; that guy who beat the most talented swordsmen in the world with one arm. That guy whose been through hundreds of life and death battles..? yeah, THAT guy. How the he** does the elder brother, who is only a few years elder, make him look like an inexperienced, naive brat? How would THE Daven not have a good grasp of his opponent's strengths, feints, etc.

@Ethan Elliot You should've read carefully at first.He mentioned several times that swordsmenship and magic both became more advanced.It's not like Daven learnt everything without doing anything,he was at his late twenties I suppose when he beat him.Everything evolves mate.But I agree the story is kinda messy.
@ALAMIN BOSS you should've been reading even more carefully x.O;

1. he was well past his 20s (he was in his mid 50s when he died but he was in jail for over 10 years)
2. he has mentioned, on multiple occasions, that they lack the qualities of a martial artist. (and once that their talent is a waste because of it)
3. he has been defeating people who are twice if not thrice as strong as he is with just his left arm.
4. he has learned said more advanced swordsmenship and magic

roman roads still exist, the temples still stand, ropes and pullies are still used today, we still make shirts out of cotton, Daven would be able to read a faint from some nobody who hasn't even had 2 near death experiences, let alone 100s, Daven would have the experience of thousands of life or death situations by being cast into battles with demons and the like. His body might not be able to keep up with him, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't have that level of experience. This is the issue: They don't express it as "I saw it, but I couldn't dodge it." they express it as "I'm a naive idiot"
@Ethan Elliot that's actually right, why couldn't he read his brother's movement when he defeated the sword emperor?
