Comment on ChapterOnii-chan is done for - Chapter 105
Yaaaa knowwww, I feel like every few months when this manga updates, I'm here writing a comment like this. These aren't hate comments or anything like that, but... why exactly is this manga still ongoing? I like keeping up with the new chapters just for the sake of it, but I haven't really been engaged in the story for a LOOOOOOOONG time. If anything, I mostly skim through these latest chapters to see if anything is happening, which, again, nothing has really happened. There's been no developments, no twists, no direction, no... anything. And again, I'm not hating or anything like that, I'm just more so confused. What exactly is this manga building towards? What's the end goal? What are we waiting for? I feel like a lot is lacking, and the two updates a year doesn't really help. Just me or?

@banoskwinek Right, 12 times in a year, if you want to be specific about it. I'm not trying to argue with you, but if anything, doesn't that kind of hammer home what I'm saying all the more? Again, I'm more so just trying to gauge if I'm alone in this sentiment or if others feel the same way.
@whadasha I haven't read this (yet? Idk), but I know what you're talking about, yep. Unfortunately that's super common in GL, and among these kinds of comedy manga in general outside of GL tbh. Like, where they have a basic idea of how to start, maybe two entire good jokes if you're lucky, but no idea where to go after that. Integrating story into a comedy is hard, but so is making a long-running gag comic that doesn't have a plot. So the author just keeps churning out recycled material that functionally doesn't matter/isn't funny and then two years later you're like 'holy cr** it's still going?" when someone mentions it in passing.
