@mae you should watch a youtube vid explaining the omegaverse it helps you understand alot more.

@mae omegaverse is basically a world of alphas omegas and betas, alphas and omegas release a special pheromone (the red stuff you're seeing) which can only be sensed by alphas and omegas since betas are basically regular people. In this worlds males can also get pregnant but as someone mentioned if you want a more detailed explanation a quick google search will do the job. Hope this helps🙂
