@ikibinyirmiiki Kyunghoon is being suppressed right now, but he's still part of the top group for the company. Since he still wants to perform Shiyoon is telling him to focus on his fans, and gain the experience and exposure he will need to become a solo act.
It's realistic option, since the KAMA performance will help the group gain more fans and allow for a smoother transition for solo performances.
Shiyoon on the other hand in the past was being suppressed, he was not part of a top group so resources were not great, He didn't have creative control or support. And despite how hard he was working, when that one member of the group was caught in scandals, they all took the fall, and it left the entire group with a bad stain that couldn't be removed. He was also part of that old group for 8 years, despite the frustrations those non-serious members caused.
Super long answer. The long and short of it is, Kyunghoon needs to stick it out and prepare himself to leave while Henix is in good standing.

@Seeker I agree. Shiyoon stick it out in his old group until every thing fell a part and he can't do anything anymore until he died.
@Seeker Ignore this guy. He appeared in several other idol manhwa comment section finding the fault of the main character. He really annoyed me.
