@Nisenji building might be sound proof and it might be Reflective Window which people can't see in, but can see outside
@Nisenji nah looking back at it they seem to be at the top of their building and the buildings around them are spread far apart
@Nisenji Not really, most of the time its a one way glass, however its really noticeable if its during the night and the lights are on inside the house still.
it's because we live in apartments too and the buildings near my home are big (14 - 20 floors)
Sometimes when I see from balcony I can see their rooms very clearly if they have their lights on ..
Only company buildings which are too far are not visible
