I think it's up to you and if you like reading Bl, why not? But of course there are also those who don't think it's okay. I'm sure there are different opinions. Of course you're still very young, but everyone matures differently with age!! But you should decide that for yourself, and if it's in your interest, why not? I also started reading Bl when I was 14, and I'm still happy to read it because it's kind of my hobby haha (I'm 17 now). Anyway, you're not alone, there are a lot of people your age who are already reading BL, believe me. So no need to feel weird!
Oh and I have some good shonen Ai recommendations for you:)
