Oh I forgot that you don't like historical stories much, that one isn't actually a romance but it's more about few rebellious women who want to stay single, but one of them has a budding romance.
I have found there are very few straight stories which excite me, Tomo chan and silent voice is the only one I don't find cringe
when the theme is romance I'm often frustrated by the choices they make lol. I did like fragrant flower a lot, but you hardly get stories where the main character are as mature as them. I have bookmarked winter wolf and Raise wa Tanin ga Li. :)))
I have seen Villain's day off before, but never read it, I'll probably start with that one.
Have you read Sonna ni Iu Nara Daiteyaru? I liked the Taming of the shrew vibe and the art was clean.
