The lawyer is Dowon's brother (the seme/travel bloger) we meet him a couple times in the main story, he visited Dowon with their mother once ( who Boem though was Dowon's girlfriend) and he also helped them with the legal stuff from Boem leaving the company and exposing the director. And apparently he is a part of the side couple.
