So she goes back to her world and Klein (red hair dude) follows her then Ciel (archmage) also crosses over to her. Ciel is the one who sends her back

Mio stays back to take care of the prince so does Ciel (but he crosses over after 20 years) he gets Klein's title. He did actually like the fl but tells her to be happy. Kind of a bittersweet ending with him there.
