@Cid Lunius yo bro he only used those for emergency for what I've read he always used the bare minimum and he even said he didn't want the goblins stealing it

@Dark king Demonic In his world people don't really get that he fights 10/20/30/40/50 to 1 odds, so it makes sense why he doesn't use expensive equipment or why his methods are so brutal.

But, I mean, here's a goblin with a magic sword = oh, goblins are smart enough to use tools, including magical ones.

@Cid Lunius   it's 3:11 in the morning for me had to reread your coment 3 times so please don't hate me if I'm arguing about something we're not even talking about no offense but pretty sure he just downright says he won't be using Magical weopns in fear of the goblins stealing it and if is 50 to 1 odds doesn't that make sure he needs to fight whith expensive Magical equipment  ?

Basically, he fights hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.

He tries to make do with equipment that isn't overkill. Because all it takes is one good ambush and one good hit to the head and he's dead. Regardless of how powerful his equipment is.

His point of view is pessimistic. So he tends to not over do it with equipment considering that his targets usually only need one good hit with a rock or his full body weight and the buckler and they'll die too.
