They're talking, at least, but I wouldn't consider this communication... Some mixed? messages with a plea for help and/or understanding. Gowoon doesn't know what's going on, because he can't remember, and the people who do remember won't even give him a hint! Maybe he should Google himself; see what the news has to say.
