I can't say he will live long like dragons.
But i can say he will out live a normal human since he became a human with dragon bones and divine blood.

I think I remember in the novel he keeps casually eating stuff that extends his lifespan so it's hard to even tell how long he'd live. Plus I get the feeling he could just plant crops to make himself life forever if he really wanted to. Perk of being friends with a dragon, multiple gods and basically the tree of creation I guess.
