Guys look, skylar already knew cirrus likes him. He once said that in a chapter. It was his intrusive thoughts. He also said it really didn't shock him or won't shock him even if cirrus would one day confess it. Thats why cirrus said it so randomly and skylar wasnt much shocked of it.
