I feel like people arent understanding that the reason Clauden still keeps his distance is not just cause of what happened when they met again. I do think he's stilla traumatized, that what was said haunts him, but I do believe he has forgiven Luan. The main thing is they are very different, their social standings are to far for it to be acceptable for them to be together. Loan doesnt care for that, but Clauden experienced first hand the separation of their standings. He's always known, nobility is not something he can ever be and being with Luan would be bad for both of them.
