Tbh it's ridiculous reason. He avoids people cuz he doesn't know noble etiquette..... Seriously couldn't author think something else

@esryzc i don't think it's ridiculous. He's already not a legitimate son, he was born a commoner and nobles obviously think of themselves as superior. They would use the fact that he doesn't know etiquette to mock him and disrespecting him even more
