@Tj2314 Um, a lot misunderstand, first of all Art is a grown man inside a body of a pre teen, and No he doesn't like tess, he prob does but he hasn't said it himself and he did said before that he doesn't take likings to kids as he's an adult in a kid body

actually Arthur confesses to tessia in the novel, the feeling is mutual but it's Arthur who feels that he should not be in a relationship with a younger girl because of his mental age. In the end they get into a relationship.
